Hyland is a global, industry-leading, billion-dollar SaaS provider used by over half of Fortune 100 companies. A rebranding wanted to creatively showcase the rallying message of "For the love of customers" across multiple verticals and industries. The statement spoke to Hyland's customers as well as their customers' customers, delivering better experiences for both. Focusing on the human element of the software experience, the vignettes showcase the emotional connection and quality of life improvement through business process streamlining and information access. This was key to the brand voice messaging and appeal of Hyland’s human-centered approach to content services.
